About the role:
To provide an innovation focus on digital and data analytics within Global Manufacturing Sciences Small Molecule & Drug Product Sciences (GMSci SM & DP)
Responsible for developing manufacturing data & modeling systems to facilitate the resolution of technical issues and enable forward-looking proactive approaches relating to the global manufacturing of commercial SM and DP (biologic, plasma, and small molecule) products.
Provide leadership in chemometric analysis within the GMSci SM & DP group.
Create and implement innovative approaches to knowledge management, reporting, and business processes within GMSci SM & DP
Redhorse Corporation is currently seeking a Product Manager to join our team to play a major role in discovery and capture of user and customer needs and shaping and validation of our Condition Based Management (CBM) solution. The Product Manager will be an expert who will guide, design, execute, and advise others in user studies, interviews, surveys, success metrics, and measurement, use case development, and roadmap planning. They will serve as a key connection between customers, users, partners, business development, and engineering and delivery, generate and validate hypotheses, and ensure that the program delivers what matters, in the right way, to the right stakeholders. This position will be based in our National Capital Region offices in the Rosslyn neighborhood of Arlington, VA, with opportunities for remote work to be determined by the program manager and customer.
- Strong software development skills, with proficiency in relevant languages and AI/ML frameworks (eg. Python, TF/Keras, PyTorch)
- Hands-on programming experience (Python, C/C++, Android, iOS)
- Solid domain knowledge (e.g. computer vision, audio, speech, NLP, robotics)
- Highly motivated, strong communicator, with entrepreneurial spirit and experience, driving projects from inception to production
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proven ability to multitask on several projects concurrently
- Computer science, electrical engineering degree or related experience is desirable
- Willingness to travel to customer locations (10%-50%), when COVID restrictions allow
- Location: Princeton, NJ
- US citizenship is required for government contract work
